Product Spotlight: Cinnamon Tea

I had a delicious cup of cinnamon tea this morning. Anyone can make it from scratch and there are great benefits to drinking cinnamon tea.

 

Cinnamon tea is what many would consider to be "comfort tea". Among the more well-known cinnamon tea benefits are:
1. Improves circulation (great source of manganese, calcium, and iron)
2. Eases cold symptoms
3. Relieves stomach upsets (small amount relieves gas, larger amount relieves constipation)
4. Menstrual aid
5. Diabetes




What You Need:  
Cinn. Sticks   
Water                                   

Directions:
1. Place cinn stick in cup.

2. Add boiling H20,steep covered 10 min.

3. Sweeten to taste, if  desired.
